Welcome! I am a Registered Massage Therapist with 17 Years of practice under my belt. A little about my education and professional experience; In 2009, after graduating from the D’Arcy Lane Institute, I spent the first 5 years of my career as a Registered Massage Therapist at a multidisciplinary clinic in Cambridge, Ontario.

There I gained experience from colleagues practicing Chiropractics, Acupuncture, Laser Therapy, Massage Therapy and Naturopathic medicine. Since then I have spent 10 years practicing out of my own home clinic space, providing a flexible, professional and comfortable environment.

Deep tissue massage is part of my regular practice but each and every treatment is specific to each client. Deep tissue work is not always best or indicated! I always encourage communication during treatments and am more than happy to make adjustments towards making each treatment a success.

I also use many different techniques in the treatment process which can include - Massage Cupping, Hot Stone treatments, Remedial Exercise and other instruments to assist my hands in decreasing your pain and tightness. I am also an Align Manual Therapy practitioner where I use a vast collection of different techniques to correct posture and movement. This is a subtle, gentle therapy that packs a big punch in the correction department! When posture and movement is correct, the entire body functions optimally!
